So DS is about 2.5 months. He does okay with his bottle now, but I was just wondering when to change the nipple size? Should I just do it when he's 3 months since we aren't really having any issues? What signs would point to him needing a bigger nipple? Sorry if this is a stupid question...

Re: Changing bottle nipple size ?
Ditto this, DD is 2.5 months and still starts to cough/choke b/c she drinks too fast with the slow flow nipples. Unless she starts to get frustrated I'm not changing the nipples.
