taking a bath

It seems I've lost my mucous plug, or most of it anyway, and yesterday the dr said I'm a fingertip dilated.  Do you think its still ok to take a bath?  I forgot to ask him.  I really want to take one, but don't want to do something that would be bad for me or baby.  TIA

Go for it! You still have the amniotic sac protecting the baby. Until that breaks, you can still take baths.

They let women labor in tubs so I don't see why not.
