Who has a list of good questions to ask the doc about vbacs? Where can I find a list? I have my first appt monday and I want to be prepared.

I just posted a similar response a few threads up.    There are posts about this from time to time, so page back and see if you hit on a good one with a lot of replies, in case people are just kicking back tonight and don't respond in time for your appt.
