I see your point, but I also think that some women need help talking their husbands OUT of a name. Public forums are really useful in that situation.
I disagree. I don't understand why picking a name isn't a mutual decision. If your husband wants to name your son Boaz, and you don't, then how does asking strangers take precedent over communication with your husband? If it's to the point where I need suggestions on how to turn my husband off to certain names... there are other issues.
