Prayers for Baby Aria

I rarely post, but read on here frequently. I don't know these people, but they're from the area where I grew up. I cannot imagine what they are going through, and never really thought that carseats could detach themselves from bases. Ignorance is bliss, I guess. Anyway, they can use all the prayers they can get.

This is what is says:

5/13/11 Update from Grandma Peggy via Aunt Rhonda: they are putting lil miss Aria into a drug induced coma to reduce the stimulation which hopefully will reduce the severity of the seziures. The doctor is very concerned with the severity of these seziures. She's not getting enough blood flow to the right side of her brain. Her hemoglobin was too low overnight so she needed a blood transfusion. The big brothers are okay but lit...tle Mason says that a wheel feel off the truck and then they went boom. Dominick says his little sister needs a special hospital. Mom is doing ok but because she severly bit her tounge during the crash is having trouble eating. She's not sleeping well cause she has nighmares! I keep praying and just want to trade places with them both ! Will post more as it becomes available. Please continue to pray. We truly appreciate all of your support!

5/12/11 Update from grandma Peggy : Aria is having seziures now and from what we are told this is normal for a tramatic brain injury , she is also running a fever! I did look up seziures and it did say this happens when the brain starts tryin to heal itself, they are working on fixing the internal blood pressure monitor, and keeping her 3 central ports working, mom and dad are going to eat and then go to the rainbow house for some much needed rest, mom is in a lot of pain from the wreck yet! Thanks again everyone for your prayers they are very much needed ! On another note jen is being over ran by facebook messages so I have told her to sign out and not to worry bout all those messages please remember she has a lot on her plate and she is very thankful for each and every one of you ! I will update as new information becomes available !

Udate: 5/12/11 I just recieved word from Rhonda that Aria is stable enough that they are moving her to the Children's Hospital this afternoon. Thank you for all of your prayers, but keep them coming!

Update : I just talked to one of the great drs that worked on her all night to get her stable, he explained that she has injuries that are a lot like shaking baby , her car seat came unattached from its base and she was thrown around the back of the truck in her seat ! The have put lots of iv lines and such in! After being told it wasn't lookin good early this am to them being able to get her to here I need to say THANK YOU For all your prayers ! Please keep praying !

my cousin and 3 children were in a car accident today in the thunderstorms that went though. Baby Aria is 3 months old and sustained the most injury. she has been life lifted to omaha for head injury's im asking all of you to pray that she makes it ok and prayers for the family. thank you and god bless
