Dzauya Dakarai N....  It's Swahili and means "happiness has come to the N.... family". The FN is pronounced "ZOW-ya" and they want her NN to be "dizzy". LOL  They're a fun famiy and if DD takes after mama, she may fit the NN Dizzy.

I like the name meaning.  Does the family speak Swahili?  If they don't, I think it is a little strange ( just my opinion).  I know a family from Burundi who have immigrated to the US.  They named their baby "Happiness" and the name certainly fits that child.
