blog help

I need help fixing the header on my blog. I want to change the theme but when I try, it gives me some weirdo header that I do not want at all. I'm clueless when it comes to these things so if you're willing to help me out, I'd love it. It's a wordpress.com blog if that makes a difference.

    Hmm.
    I'm on Wordpress.  And I think that every time you change the theme, you have to redo your header.  It changes it to the one that comes with the theme, but then you can go in and customize it.

    Does that help?!

    T- thanks. I'll probably bug you about it sometime this week.

    Swanck- I know I've changed it before, but for the life of me can't remember how. When I change it, a specific phrase is coming up and I really don't want that on there but can't find where to erase it from. Ugh.
