Cloth Diapering

My hospital uses cloth wipes

And by "cloth wipes", I technically mean "washcloths". I thought it was interesting. They still use pampers, but I'm guessing someone saw a way to cut a budget by just not buying wipes any more.

And I guess when I say "hospital uses", I mean "hospital provides", as all the babies room in. It did make it easy to come home and just keep wetting up a wipe to clean him off.

Re: My hospital uses cloth wipes

  • My hospital used cotton cloths (disposable) and water. I think most hospitals don't use baby wipes on newborns because they're so sensitive so they just do water only. Cool that yours uses cloth though!

    Awesome!

I'm also a fan of the name Owen, only my Owen is 4 years, not 4 days. :-)

Not ours.  We had these cheap stinky wipes, that were folded in 4's in the pack and took about an hour to get out and then it took about 10 to clean one poop.

To my boys:  I will love you for you Not for what you have done or what you will become I will love you for you I will give you the love The love that you never knew
  • Congrats on the baby!

Our hospital uses cloth diapers, but still uses sposie wipes.

That's just weird! I'm pretty sure the washcloths were just what they use for everything in the hospital. Wipes seems easier than diapers, so why go halfway?
