Charting question...

I almost feel silly asking this, but I have to know lol, so here goes...

 

Weds was CD1 for me. I didn't think I was going to AF on my own, because I have PCOS, and normally I need provera to induce AF. Anyway, like I said AF came. I plan on starting to chart this month and I have to go out and buy a Basal Thermometer tomorrow. I am excited because I got af, so I O'd! yay! anyway, my silly question is... Do they sell anything you can chart with on paper? I know there is FF, but it is really hard for me to get on the comp everyday and I am afraid i will lose track of everything. Does the BBT come with some sort of chart? graph paper?

My BBT I bought at Walmart came with some ovulation charts.  I think 4.  You can also download some off the internet I am sure.

Actually, The Bump has a print-off chart somewhere on the site that is pretty decent. I can't tell you where, but it's somewhere, lol. I'm not always on the computer at the same time every day, so I keep a piece of paper next to my bed. I wake up, temp, write it down real quick, and then go back to sleep. I fill in my chart at my convenience. HTH!

Same here i got a whole bunch with the BBT i got at Walmart.

Back when I was charting regularly, I would record my temps in a note on my phone and then update fertilityfriend every few days. It worked pretty well for me. 

Also, my BBT came with a blank chart that could easily be copied.

My CVS brand thermometer came with a couple of charts - can easily be photocopied.  There is also a link on this site to a chart that you can print.  GL!
