I haven't yet, but I will be seeing one soon for an issue I'm having with my pubic bone. My midwife actually recommends chiropractic care throughout pregnancy anyway, FWIW.
I know my cousin saw a chiropractor her whole pregnancy for hip problems. I specifically asked my Dr. about going on my 16 week visit because my ribs are killing me. She told me she didn't want me to go to the chiropractor except for for upper back/neck adjustments. She was afraid he might pop a rib out of place. I LOVE my chiropractor and I really miss going. Thankfully I have a PT friend who is great at advice and will work on me when she visits.

I'm heading to mine now! They wouldn't see me during the 1st tri, but from 12 weeks on I've been in every week. The 30 minute massage is the best part!
I'm seeing one, have been for over a week. I called around and found one who has seen pregnant patients before and I explained the pain I am having and the problems I'm having, and found one who could see me right away. Let me just say... it is a lifesaver!! She has made me feel 100% better. I only wish I had started going earlier in the pregnancy.
I highly recommend looking into it. One suggestion I have is to ask each one that you call if they have experience treating pregnant women.

Thanks! I actually went to see one today for the first time. I went to the one that my midwife recommended. I broke my tailbone when I was in high school and apparently it healed poorly and now that the spreading/stretching has started in that area, I'm in a lot of pain. She did some adjusting today and I'm scheduled for a therapeutic massage next week. I was just curious to hear from others about their experiences related to chiropractors. I liked this woman and feel like she really knows her stuff and understands pregnancy and how it effects the body, but I don't feel much relief. Was I naive to expect to notice a huge difference after just one adjustment?
I see one regularly. I did Pre-PG too. I feel soooo much better after I see her. I have been having shooting pains in my bum that travels down to my foot I would go more than once a week if I had time.
But I agree with previous post...make sure they are trained in prenatel chiropractics. Mine is and the other Doc in the office is not and I won't see him becuase I am crazy like that! haha! Anyway, my OB said it was perfectly fine as long as the Chiro is trained in prenatel "crackin"

Yeah, it can take a few adjustments sometimes before you really start to notice. I saw one chiro where I actually felt worse after leaving her office sometimes, but then I felt awesome the next day.

I think so. I go every 6 weeks or so...my chiro is only 'fixing' 6 weeks worth of misalignment/problems. You have never gone and you injured yourself a good 5+ years ago. Give it a few sessions and you should feel something...give it a month or two and you should feel a lot better.
Glad you liked it though!
HA! Flattering, but it was more like 15 years ago! I get the point though...thanks!
I started seeing a chiropractor when I was 38 weeks pregnant and found out DD was breech. DD didn't end up turning since my pelvic & tailbone were super unaligned and there wasn't enough time. I've been going ever since and so has DD. I'm 21 weeks along now and it helps get my body aligned for delivery and help with other aches and pains. My chiropractor is trained in the Webster technique, https://icpa4kids.com/about/webster_technique.htm, and it involves light pressure and movement, no crazy back breaking.

Yes, this.
Tomorrow I am going to my 1st ever chiro appointment! Can't wait!

I would take a look here, https://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/chiropracticcare.html. They have some great info.
