So I just found out my lovely Ex is living with his new "girlfriend" for free in her apartment that our governemt pays for her while listing a relatives home as his adress.  And he also works under the table and im sure does some illegal things for his income.  So when i go to file for c/s he will say his income is 0 and i will be entitled to a whopping 87$ a month.  God i hope a judge would never consider giving him any overnight visitations!  vent over thanks!

Has he had a legitimate job in the last 2 years? In MI, the courts can use tax returns/W2's from the past 2 years (if not more) to determine child support based on their "income earning potential". They do this just do scumbag's like your DB can't avoid paying support just because they have a lame "job".

he hasnt filed his taxes in the last 2 years because he didnt have health insurance and the state would make him pay.   It is just so frusterating that I work my ass off to make a life for myself and child to be and he just coasts through life and cheats the system every step of the way!

My ex is the same way.. living with his girlfriend and gets paid under the table. Since technically they know he does have a job they just set it as minimum wage for our child support.

wow sounds just like my ex living with his new GF living of her and helping with her kids had not filed taxes in years and hear i am working my butt of to support myself and our baby men are unbelievable

UGHH some guys!!!!  I just hope karma bites him right in the ass some day real soon.  Theres really nothing else i can do about it.
