I am bf my 4mo LO - Ive heard that at about 6mo, weight will begin to come off easier. Have any of you experienced this? I lost my pregnancy weight right away, but my body is so different/ soft around the middle. I am tring to incorporate exercise/ healthy eating everyday, and really am so anxious about losing the smooshiness. Any suggestions for things that have worked for you?

exercise and eating right is the only way to get rid of the extra "smooshiness". Anything from running/swimming/biking/eliptical/walking/lifting etc will help and try to incorporate both high impact cardio with some lifting-- start slow obviously--it will come off but like everything else, it takes a little time and some effort!
