Infection possible after HSG?

Sorry if it's tmi, but I've been feeling weird down there since the HSG kind of like a yeast infection or something.  Everything looks the same, it's just a feeling.  Is it possible to get an infection after an HSG or maybe from the antibiotics?  I was on a 150mg of Doryx for 2 days (3 pills).
Me: 27, DH: 28 TTC since 11/09
2/10 & 3/10 Clomid 50mg-BFN
5/10-Lap Surgery for Stage 2 Endo
3/11-IUI#1 with Follistim and Menopur-developed mild OHSS= BFN
6/11-IUI#2 with Follistim -developed moderate OHSS= BFN!
7/11-FSH-11, AMH 1.6
9/11-ttc naturally with positive thoughts :)
10/6/11-POSITIVE pregnancy test!!! 15dpo BETA-220
6/14/2012- Riley Harper arrived!! We love our little girl

    Yes especially from the antibiotics.  I would call your Dr. today!

    I am sorry to say it, but I agree with others - call the MD.
    TTC since 3/07. IVF#1 = canceled. IVF#2 = 0% fertilization. IVF#3 = BFN. IVF#4 = c/p.  
    Moving forward with Adoption 2017!

    Yes.  You are given antibiotics so that you don't get an infection from it.  However, it is still a possibility.  It is more likely that you would get a yeast infection from the antibiotics.  Call your doc!

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    Call your doctor but honestly I had too!! and it scared me! turned out to be nothing!! I did the antibiotics also...

    I was at work all day and my RE's office closes at 4.  I'm going to eat some yogurt and see what happens tomorrow.  I don't have any discharge or anything, something just doesn't feel right.  I don't know.  I might just be paranoid.  I'll see what happens in the next 24 hours.

    Oh I am so sorry to hear you are feeling yucky.  You are my HSG buddy since we had it the same day, grin.  Be safe and feel better soon.

     

    Did you have spotting afterwards?  Because I was spotting until today and it got a bit heavy for a little while and I was worried, but it went away now.  The only other odd thing for me is that I should be showing signs of ovulating by now and nothing.  Still low on my monitor and no symptoms....super odd.  Wonder if the HSG can do that?

    I had spotting for a day or two after the HSG, but nothing heavy.  I haven't ovulated or had any type of "sperm friendly" CM.  My temp rose a little, but I don't think it's due to ovulating.  I don't normally ovulate early anyway.  I did have cramps for a few days after the procedure, but on and off. I just hate not knowing what's going on in there.  I just feel weird.

    Yeah I actually ended up getting a peak on my monitor today, I so I guess I O'd yesterday after all.  Which is actually a bit early, but I don't mind, I am ready to get this party started and do my IUI.

    I feel a little better.  I did call my RE's office and the nurse told me to just use monistat.  I bought it, but haven't used it yet.  I still don't know if it's a yeast infection.  It just feels weird.
