Ruffled Pettiskirts

I want one for Addie, but I don't want to pay $80 for a play skirt.  Where can I get one for less?  OR, who can make sense of these directions for me so I can (wishful thinking) try to make one.

    I see wholesale orders on photography forums, and they go for about $45-$55, so I don't think you could really get them any cheaper.  This site has some for about that.  Look under girls - skirts.

    Ditto Josey.

    I did a bulk order last Nov of Pettiskirts with a store license (one of the girls that works for me runs a boutique and it was her license) and my wholesale licence. Even with 70 skirts ordered it still came out to about $39.00 a skirt.

     

    They are time consuming and about $20 just in good material. I have made 3 and will probably never make them again that is how much I hate making them!
