I am wondering if you used your carseat with it or if you just laid your infant in the flat seat. I don't think mine came with a carseat adapter bar thingie.
I used the infant seat until he was about 5 months. FYI -- there isn't a separate car seat adapter, it's just the bumper bar with the padding zipped off.

I'll let you know! Our Twin is literally on the UPS truck for delivery...I pre-ordered it and i feel like it has taken soooo long to get here, i can't wait to use it. But i'm planning on just laying LO flat in the seat, she's almost 4 months.
With DS in the Indie single, I never used an infant seat - he always went right into the stroller. With the Twin, at first, I laid DD flat. However, as time went on, DS decided he liked to poke at or try to kick at the baby when we'd go walking, so I ended up using the infant seat more often to keep her out of his reach. It's also nice to use the infant seat because then the baby has more coverage from the sun and you can see him/her more easily.

We used the carseat adapter, even sometimes still. However, after around 4 months the weather started getting nicer and she was better able to support herself, so we used it occasionally without the infant seat. Now I keep the seat adapter attached but sit her up in the stroller most of the time. If she's asleep when we get somewhere I leave her in the infant seat. Since we always have the infant seat adapter, it's easy to be flexible.
My 2010 has bumper bars that double as infant seat adapters. When we bought the Chicco car seat I purchased the $20 Chicco seat adapter for the stroller.
Also, if you are using it as a jogger: I *think* I read that an infant can't be in a jogging stroller until 6 months, but it's possible that using the infant seat adapter with the child secured in a car seat might make it work.
