Vaccine semi-br question

My SIL is getting married in Mexico in January. I'm trying to find out what vaccines we need. I've googled it and found Hep A, thyphiod, MMR and tetanus-diptheria. Two things: Grayson won't be old enough to have gotten all of those, besides we want to hold off on the MMR for him anyhow... Also what do trust for which ones are needed? MD travel health online, your pedi, travel agent, etc? Our pedi would have us get every vaccine right away if she could so I'm not totally trusting of her, yes we've talked about switching but haven't found anyone else yet...

Not sure exactly how old Grayson will be in January, but we took our daughter to Mexico when she was 11 months old and our pedi did not recommend any additional vaccinations. [She's definitely pro vaccines and has a special interest in infectious diseases if that helps]. I think Grayson should be okay if you all are visiting a tourist-y part of Mexico and not some remote area. And for sure, buy bottled water! HTH!
