What am I doing wrong?

We have been using Kawaiis for the past few months, and I had no problems with leaks.  However, a week or so ago they started leaking around the leg.  It appears to be happening from the small gap between the insert and the elastic around the leg.  It happens with all of the diapers, including the overnights.

Am I doing something wrong?  Why is this just happening now?  Also, it's happening right after I change her, so I know I'm not just leaving her in the diaper too long.  I'm getting extremely frustrated!

No advice here, because I just noticed this happening to my yellow Kawaii yesterday! None of the others though. Interested in the responses too. If there's something wrong with the diaper I may just use it as a swim diaper this summer.

Are you adding any extra inserts to cause the legs to gap?

Have you checked to see if they absorb water quickly. If not they may be repelling and need to be stripped.

What detergents do you use? Have you used the wrong kind of diaper cream?
