DD is still drinking about 16 oz of whole milk a day. (or some days, 8oz of whole milk and a bottle of pediasure).
Last night she wanted water with dinner and she didn't stop eating until 8pm. lol She ate her full dinner for the first time in a long time. (She's a very finicky eater and there's not much variety right now.)
FWIW she's not big into cheese (it comes in spurts) and drinks an occasional yogurt drink but not daily, so the normal other sources for calcium could be lacking....
Re: How much milk is your 3+ year old drinking?
3 to 4 cups - we moved her to 2% or 1%. She LOVES milk.
1 of those cups I mix with ovaltine.
she is 3.5

2-3 servings (approx 4-6 oz) of skim milk daily, cheese at least once a day, and yogurt occasionally. Water the rest of the day for drinks.
Our pedi strongly suggested switching away from whole milk at age 2.
