Making an Offer!!

A new, exisitng,  home was just posted yesteday.  DH and I went and looked at it last night. It is awesome.  4 bed 2.75 bath close to DHs work.  Our realator says it is priced right and we are making an offer today.  AHHHH!!!  There are some updates that need to be done for our tastes.  Wish us luck

    Thanks guys! Thanks to my and DH's fast acting and quick moving they accepted our offer!!!  we need to do a home inspection and the we should be pretty much good assuming everything comes out ok.  Our closing date is July 15... my birthday Smile

    Congrats on the new house! I looked at the pictures on your blog. It is a nice area you are buying a house in. Quite neighborhood. We actually looked at one last summer kiddy corner from your house, but decided on a different one.
