Activity table recs

Hi all,

We're looking for an activity table or something similar for our 9-month-old DD.  She's pretty much over her jumperoo since she wants to be on the go all the time, but I'd like for her to have a toy to work on her balance/entertain her. Any recs of a good activity table and/or best place for the best price? And how long do LOs usually use an activity table? We don't want to spend a lot of money on something she won't use for long, so I'm looking for something good but not super expensive. TIA!

  • We have the LeapFrog Learn 'n Groove Music Table and our kids love it.  They still dance to it and are able to follow simple requests (hit the blue key, turn the page) with it.

  • We have the Leap Frog table as well.  We got it about 7 years ago with our first child. He loved it, as did my 2nd child.  It is still in great shape, so we will be using again with this LO.  It's sturdy, and they love it.
  • I got my DS the Fisher Price Laugh and Learn Table a couple of weeks ago.  I intended to get the Leap Frog table, but once I saw them both I liked the Fisher Price one better.  I got mine at Target for about $40 or so.  It's definitely worth it, because he loves it and it helps him practice standing while holding on to something.
