DS1 may or may not take a nap. Depends if our neighbors son is home from school, then they'll be outside playing. But I'm thinking after his 5th birthday, he'll probably be done with naps.
DD gave up naps around 2.5.. of course it was right when I had baby 2. It was taking her like an HOUR to fall asleep, then 2.. and so that was pretty much it. On the flip side, instead of going to bed at like 10, she goes to bed at 8.
Sometimes she falls asleep in the car after a busy day, or naps if she's been really busy, sick, etc. But it usually takes a major major meltdown for me to realize she's exhausted. Otherwise, she gets kind of grouchy after coming home from preschool, so she has lunch and then watches TV and has a snack in her bed (yes) around 2 or 3 when I'm putting our baby down for a nap. She definitely still needs the down time.
It got to where it wasn't worth it. I had to fight them to take naps and then if they did they wouldn't go to bed until 9:30-10. Once we cut out the nap they were out like lights at 7;30. They are a little cranky in the late afternoon but we power through. Instead of naps we have rest time- pretty much they watch TV while I have alone time in my room! I'm ok with no naps- it's kind of nice not having to be home at nap time and I like the early bedtime.
He went down to about 75% of the time by 2.5, 50% by 2.75, 30% by 3 and now it's a real rarity if he takes a nap. He's pretty much done for good now. And if he does nap, he ends up staying up until 9:30, so it's not worth it to me.

He stopped taking naps about a month or so before he turned 4. My 3 year old takes one every now and then in the car or on my bed, never in his own bed. He doesn't like to take naps but sometimes just falls asleep because he's so tired.

He had about 4 months where he wouldn't nap at all but for some reason he's back going strong again.
The 3.5 yr old still naps religiously.
We can push the almost 5 yr old without one quite easily with minimal behavior issues but the 3.5 yr old will wear thin without one.
More than anything the prologation of naps for us is more about buying more time with Daddy once he's home from work in the evenings.
Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
at age 3 they started decreasing to a few times a week and 2-3 months later had stopped during the week. He's at daycare during the week so when his naps started disappearing he started creating trouble at daycare. He usually will nap once on the weekend-we still enforce a quiet time in his room to keep with the daycare schedule.
We also had to move his bedtime up once his naps stopped.

This is EXACTLY what happened with me too- same age & everthing! It happened when DD#2 was around 6-8 wks old. I wanted to cry, because I had lived for those couple of times a week when I could get both of them to sleep at once for awhile and I could nap during the day. But the earlier bedtime was nice.
DS, 3 yrs 8months, is still taking LONG naps! Really long naps. as in 2-4 hours...but then again he only sleeps 8-9 hours at night so...I just figured he isn't one to sleep in extremely long stretches at night and just needs to make up for it at nap time.
DD #1 sleeps 11.5-12 hours at night and stopped napping in October - she was 3y, 5m
DD#2 sleeps the same amount at night and still naps 1 3/4 to 2 hours each afternoon - she is 2 1/2.
Both girls are very active throughout the day.
FWIW, naps can last as long as you want them to - just keep them up later at night. I prefer mine to go to bed at 7pm so if a nap is preventing that, nap time is over. I have a friend with one child, who recently turned 4, and she keeps her up until 9pm to get the 1.5-2 hour break in the afternoon. She does have a hard time waking her DD up for school in the morning though and mine get up with the sun!

This is pretty much us. Dd1 gets quite time in her room for 30-45 mins, then gets to watch a little tv while i do chores or bump
DD is 3y3mo and she's in the process of dropping her naps. She will happily nap, but if she does, she won't go to bed at night until 10-11 (and that's if I wake her after 1 hour of nap)! If she skips her nap, then she falls asleep while I'm cooking dinner at 6/6:30 and I have to fight to get her awake...then she goes to bed at 8:30.

Around age 3, DD1 stopped needing a daily nap. She is 3 1/2 now and still needs one most days, but every couple days we skip it or else it starts to interfere with her bedtime.

DS1 rarely napped during the winter..maybe once or twice a week at most (at 2.5). We always tried to have quiet reading time and I'd rub his back as long as the baby was cooperating...sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.
Now that the weather is nice he's napping almost every day! We normally play outside a lot in the morning and it apparently wipes him out. If he doesn't nap, he turns into a big handful late in the day. Lately I normally get about an hour to myself when BOTH boys are napping. It's wonderful.

DS2 is still needing naps. He'll be 3 in July.

OMG, I would so be a better mama if my kid still took a 3 hour nap, or had ever taken a 3 hour nap in his entire lifetime.
