18 weeks and having cramps

I am 18 weeks along now but since I was 16 weeks I've had such bad cramps that felt just like contractions I had with my first daughter. My ultrasound tech showed me the muscle contraction in my uterus and thought I needed meds to help but my dr. said im not dilated so not to worry just yet. I am a nervous wreck, anyone else had this issue?

over the weekend and yesterday i was having cramps too.  like kind of sharper pains.  no bleeding or even spotting or anything so i'm trying not to worry myself.

I just went through this on the weekend. I was having really bad cramps went to the ER and turns out I'm just dehydrated! So it could just be that try drinking lots of water and see how you feel. Today I feel great just peeing a lot more haha ! Good Luck !

having the same issue and have been having it for weeks now.  turns out i was dehydrated and not drinking enough water.  so the days i don't drink enough the cramps are flared up.  my ob said what happens is when you get dehydrated it will force you to have uterine contractions.

I had some mild cramping today for the first time, but I think likely related to my pants being too tight and not having enough food to eat.
