I'm wondering if it wouldn't be easier for me in the long run. I'm overweight to begin with, no health problems, but in a high risk pregnancy category (over 40).
I've been using online suggested guidelines but wondering if a nutritionist would be of value for accountability and motivation. What do you think?
Re: Does anyone here use a nutritionist?
my husband met with one a while ago trying to gain weight. She was very nice and laid everything out in a very easy to use format. I will see if we still have her information.
Some gyms have this as a service too. I think the accountability is good. Along the same lines as a personal trainer. I think there is an accountability check in on the nest board as well
