If you have a belly button piercing - what does it look like now?

I got my belly button pierced in college and haven't had anything in it in like 8 years, but the hole never closed up at all. I noticed the other day it looks so weird! I can see both sides of the hole (of course I could never see the bottom opening before because it was in my belly button), and they are not even close to being in a line. The top opening is around the middle, the bottom opening is way to the right, and then my belly button is also off-center, to the left. What the heck? And I'm starting to get linea negra and it just accentuates how off-center everything is. Oh, and my belly button hasn't popped yet, it's just about flat.

Those of you who have popped out, what does your piercing hole look like? Do any of you still have a piercing in?

Mine is all stretched out and a bit red.  Basically I feel like an ad for why not to get your belly button pierced.

It looks like a tiny horizontal slit in my belly.  It's hardly noticeable.

this lol. yet when I got mine when I was 16 and sore I would never have kids & don't get me started on my tatoo right under my belly it's a chinese symbol now its kinda stretch looks like a sentence lol.

I just took mine out  (had a maternity ring in). The ONLY reason I took it out was because my belly button is sooo close to popping and I want to see it! haha. I can't see the bottom hole but the top hole looks fine. Maybe I little red but nothing offensive at all. Two of my friends who took theirs out early got really bad stretch marks around the hole. I know i'm not out of the clear yet, but so far - no stretchmarks around that area.

My belly button hasn't popped yet. It's nearly flattened out though. But my piercing is so strange looking. Just two little slits in my belly. I haven't had a belly ring in it for years either but it never closed up. I really am wondering what it's going to look like once I don't have this giant belly.. I don't think it's ever going to look the same.

I haven't had anything in mine for years, but the 2 holes are definitely still visible.  OP, like you, I can now see the bottom hole.  My belly button is still in, but barely.  Also, I have a faint linea nigra and it's totally not centered with my belly button lol.

This.  I can't see the bottom hole yet.  I had my belly ring in for over 10 years and took it out at the end of the 1st tri.  I hope it doesn't look too stretched out and ugly after I deliver.

OMG me too! It drives me nuts. The top half of the linea negra is off to the left of my belly button, then it's the two slits from the piercing that hasn't been there in 6 years, then my belly button is TOTALLY popped like a turkey thermometer, and finally the bottom part of the line is off to the left. It's like:

ETA: Awesome. I just took a peek again, and saw that today between the piercing holes, the skin is super discolored. Like...it's dark purple. Gross. God I thought I was so cool when I got that piercing done...

I let mine heal shortly after getting it pierced. Now it just looks like a small scar right above my very stretched out belly button.

mine is just incredibly scretched out..like an enormous flat hole...I'm freaked out that it will suddenly rip or something gross like that. (I took my ring out at about 12 weeks)

And I'm glad to know I'm not the only one whose belly button is not aligned with my linea negra. I thought I was totally weird to be so off-center.

I guess I got really lucky! I'm just starting to be able to see the bottom hole and it looks pretty center but I have nothing to compare it against. And the top hole is a little bigger but not by much

Both the top and bottom hole are now on my belly, above my belly button, which has flattened with some out and some in at this point.  Everything's reasonably in line, no stretch marks yet (knock on wood).  I took my belly ring out during 1st tri, after over 10 years of having it.  If my belly ever looks good enough again to be deserving of a belly button ring, I will do it again!

I took my belly ring out about 4 years ago when I had abdominal surgery and the hole closed up then. Now I can see both sides of the hole and they are lined up with my belly button and with the linea negra. The closed up belly ring area is a bit red and raised. My belly button is flat - hasn't popped yet. I have lots of stretch marks on either side though. They are ugly and red I can't wait till they fade.

 That's exactly how mine looks.  Plus last Wed my cat was sitting on my stomach and the baby kicked her, she got startled and I have a scratch/scab down through the middle which just makes it look even better! ;-)

I took my belly ring out before my first pregnancy, and the hole got stretched out it looked like I had an "X" over my belly button, when I lost all the weight it just kind of wrinkled up so I got it repierced to make it look better (and it sure did lol)

With this pregnancy, I bought a preggo belly ring its made out of bendy plastic so it grows with your belly, I am 35 weeks right now and I don't have any (new) stretch marks. I'm hoping I can go all the way without destroying it even more lol.

it looks so gross, imo.  You can see both holes as my belly button is flattened out.  And it's all red around it...almost like a big stretch mark. It is not attractive.

thankfully my hole closed up and I just have the scar. It is nice and red and stretched, but that is about it.

It still looks like a tiny hole..maybe slightly stretched, but it doesn't look any weirder than the mole that is near it. I can't see the bottom hole..my belly button has popped, but there is still a fold at the top, and the bottom hole is somewhere under that fold.

Here's mine... not very attractive anymore in my opinion.  The hole is still open, but my skin is all discolored around where the hole is and my linea kind of circles my belly button.  Blech.

I have mine done and has been for years with my first pregnancy and this one I haven't seen much difference but Ive noticed also that when they did my navel they did it very thick so I am thinking that has something to do with it. My belly button never popped out with first or this one but this one is becoming almost flat. I have a maternity ring in also
