i didn't get to see any of them i was at my part time job and my mom was babysitting. i'm kind of sad cause i chose to work part time so i wouldn't miss milestones...oh well...i'll see her roll next time
This same thing happened to me last week. DS rolled over for the first time with my mom while I was at work. She texted me about it right before I went into a parent/teacher conference and I was still teary-eyed!
Fooey! Don't tell me this- I just know as soon as LO has a milestone, no matter how big/small I'm going to flip sh*t if I miss it! Here's hoping she puts on a show today just for you!
I am definitely afraid of this. My DD hasn't rolled over quite yet (she is close though), but last night, she had her first, albeit very short, belly laugh. DH was tickling her toes, and just kept tickling her until she let it out. I am so glad I didn't miss that one.
I missed DS' first actual giggle. He has been trying but it wasn't until my mom babysat him that he let one out. While it sucked to miss it I am glad my mom was able to see a first. His first giggle with me wasn't negated by the fact it was his "actual" first giggle anyways, I was just as excited. He has many more firsts to go through.
you all must have some advanced kiddos, mine is still working on head control . i hope you can see some of those milestones with your own eyes soon. babies are so fun to watch grow.
Hey I just met you, and you're my baby. This is your family, we're kind of crazy...
Re: DD rolled over 3 times today!
Good question! Do tell!
