I need recs for a GREAT double stroller! I have a bugaboo now and want something with nice tires and easy driving ability. Does this make sense? Maybe the bumble ride? Please help!

We have a BJCS and love it, but it's not an "off roading" double stroller. We just picked up a used Baby Jogger double off craigs list and it is GREAT for un even terrain and outdoor areas. It's super easy to push, the only downside is that it's heavy (but most double stroller are) just not practical for an everyday stroller for us.
LOL, scroll down-- this gets asked a lot! Most people will say the Baby Jogger or the Bumbleride Indie Twin. People also like the Bob, but not necessarily for an all-purpose double.
I just switched from a bugaboo frog (we now keep it in my husband's car) to the BJ City Select. So far, I really like it - I haven't used it a ton yet. It's heavier than the bugaboo, but it folds easily. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the car seat adapter. It's not as solid as the bugaboo car seat adapter.
We've purchased the Phil and Teds Explorer with the double kit. We live in the country (rough terrain) and it is easy to maneuver and compact for a double stroller.
I love our Baby Jogger City Select. It is a great everyday double. I also love our BOB Duallie but don't take it anywhere except long walks and jogs. It never goes in my car (unless we are going for a run and are driving to the start point).
She is very opinionated about Bugaboo too, so you might find some of her posts enjoyable. I don't think she has reviewed side-by-side doubles yet. I do know that she recommends the Bumbleride. She helped me when I was picking my double and that was her rec for a side-by-side, everyday double. I almost picked it because i thought it was prettier than the BJCS .

I have to preface by saying that I do not have a child as old as your DD, but I have babysat for my cousins quite a bit and I think that by age 3.5-4 a lot of children don't necessarily want to ride in a stroller a lot. Since your daughter is older, I would think a double that can also convert to a single might make a lot more sense for you so you're not stuck with a double all the time.
We looked at both these and decided on the Bumbleride - we have 2010
version. DH liked the Bob at first, but he didn't like that the
handlebar was fixed and couldn't be adjusted. He said it hurt his back
after walking around awhile. I liked that the Indie was an everyday
stroller and all terrain. It is so easy to maneuver with one hand. I
like that both seats recline. Both boys are happy sleeping in it.
We're both happy with it and use it a lot. We have the black one so I
can't help with the seagrass color. I don't jog, but I have chased
after DS1 with it and it was fine. hope this helps.

If you really love Bugaboos, they are slowly releasing the Donkey. There are lots of mixed reviews about it (I don't particularly like the way the basket just sits there when the stroller is in singles mode - it is very ODD) but it might be something you can consider . https://www.bugaboo.com/learn/bugaboo-donkey#excite

I was going to say this too. My 2.5 y/o doesn't like the stroller anymore and wants to walk most of the time. I have the double Bob and love it for the neighborhood/zoo. I have the Joovy too, but find it to be way too long

If you have a Buggaboo and appreciate "high end" stroller reviews you should check out my friend's blog. She reviews the high end stroller market. She has a post on tandem doubles here: https://thestrollergirl.com/2011/04/29/q-double-strollers-that-arent-really/
I reviewd the Baby Jogger City Select for her here: https://thestrollergirl.com/2011/04/15/guest-real-life-review-of-the-baby-jogger-city-select/
