I would like to try crockpot lasagna, but has anyone here made it? How is it compared to making it in the oven? I'm kind of worried about the noodles being either mushy or rubbery from being in the crockpot. Anyone have a good recipe they liked?
I haven't ever made this before but it was on Oprah (its a Jessica Seinfeld recipe) and it looked REALLY good and it's on my list to try once I get back to cooking/eating normal food. Plus she sneaks in some extra veggies I think.
i made the one that was recently in real simple magazine. I thought it was good... my only complaint was that i would used less spinach and more sauce and cheese. I did not think the noodles were soggy or anything like that.
Re: NBR: crockpot lasagna

This one is from my old WW leader's blog. We've made it before with a few substitutions and it was amazing!
