Had a good appointment!

At my last month's appointment the Dr. spoke to me about VBAC and was very negative.  She said I could try but it wasn't likely and they would schedule me for RCS if the baby was over 8 pounds.  (DD was 8 lb. 9oz.)

At my appointment last week I spoke with my usual Dr. and she told me that the last Dr. has had uterine ruptures happen twice and that she is understandably the worst person to speak with about it.  This Dr. told me that she would not cut me off at 8 lbs and I could go until 41 weeks.  She was much more positive and told me to keep VBAC as my goal.  I feel much better now.

I'd make all my future appts with your usual Doc if I was you!  Congrats on a great appt!

That's great.  Is it a possibility for you to get this doctor during your labor?  That's the only thing I would be worried about.  You don't want to be in labor and at the hospital and have a doctor that is pressuring you into a c/s because of his experiences.
