NPR-- Do you feel like you can tell your DH/SO anything??

Just curious...

A conversation with a coworker this morning got me to thinking about this...  do you feel like you can tell your DH/SO anything? Past, present, whatever... good, bad, ugly, awesome, whatever...

And for those of you who answer no, if you feel comfortable-- does that concern you or make you have less faith in your marriage/relationship?

  • I just think that there are some things best left unsaid Wink

  • The man wiped my crotch and showered me for three days after I had my c-section.  I could tell him anything -- without fear!  That is one of the things I absolutely LOVE about our relationship --- we are both the same in that respect (we are both open books!)!!!

  • yes, we can talk about anything for the most part.  i can't really think about anything we have had trouble talking about?
  • I don't feel like he needs or wants to know *everything*, but I would never be afraid to tell him something.
  • We have trouble talking about politics, specifically about how evil the Republicans are.  Wink  Anything else I could tell him no problem.
  • I'd be willing to talk to him about whatever but he doesn't want to hear about my life before him....as in any ex's or how many guys I've been with.  He just doesn't want to know.

But we can pertty much talk about anything else.  But I agree that some things are better left unsaid!
