Does asparagus affect your breastmilk like it does your pee?  It is in season and I love it, but I'm not willing to risk it.

That's so funny, I've wondered the same thing!  But I eat lots of it and haven't noticed any issues.

you shouldn't avoid it, some babies are sensitive but if your baby isn't then it shouldn't be a problem. My daughter has never shown any signs when I eat anything!

I pumped after eating asparagus once, and the milk smelled completely normal.
