People/family, friends.... will bring over candy, cookies, cakes, brownies, ice cream. Really? WTH... Told my DH tonight (after MIL baked more of her dry banana bread, and her chocolate chip cookies, a.k.a. hockey pucks).~to please throw it away or take it to work. She knows I'm on WW, and yet, she still bakes this junk and brings it over on a regular basis.
Same w/my sister. She knows I'm on WW and she brought over a box of Girl Scout cookies the other day. Uggh! vent over. any tips? or should I just toss this stuff out?
Re: Anyone who is trying to diet; can you relate to this....
After having dd, I did ww as well. It was so tough because people brought us these delicious dinners which were never points friendly and there was always desert, but I was so tired that I just ate whatever they brought. After about 4 months pp, that's when I decided to just let dh eat what was brought, or toss it. We seriously got six batches of homeade mac and cheese delivered - that had to go! The best thing you can do, is just toss it, or make dh take it to work.
Good luck!
