My morning sickness has just begun and so far saltine crackers and vernors/sprite or gatorade are the only few things I am doing to help my stomach until I am able to get food down. I went to babies r us today and bought some preggie pops (which a friend recommended) but they don't seem to help any. My main concern is something to help with my m/s at least while I'm at work. At home I can just deal but at work I really need some help here! Any suggestions? Anything that seemed to work for you?
Re: Any tricks or helpful tips for dealing with m/s?

Eating helped mine; I will STILL throw up if I don't eat every 2 hours. I ate only carbs for the first few months because that's all I could stand. I also couldn't handle water, so I drank water with splashes of juice in it.
You have to find what your body will handle. With DS I could only eat white peaches and fresh fruit for the first trimester. This time I couldn't even look at fruit.
