Anyone else?

Unfortunately I was unable to bf due to my bp getting out of control and having to be on certain meds. I had a c-section and milk never came in anyway. It has been almost 6 weeks since DS was born and I have never seen a sign that my milk was coming in. Did anyone else experience this? I was just curious as to why it didn't come in. I'm glad it didn't since I wasn't able to bf.

i don't know, but I did hear of someone else on here that went through that.  I can not remember who...maybe she will answer.  You could always call your OB and ask.  maybe it is the meds you are on? 

I have had 2 sections and mine always came in so it shouldn't be the csection that is causing it.

Did you try to BF at all? It's all about supply & demand, so if you never had any "demand", then it's possible that your body just recognized that it didn't need to make milk.

that is not true...your milk comes in and if there is no demand it will go away...hers didn't come in at all.  Her body didnt know there was not going to be demand for it.   I never bf'd a day in my life and mine came in on day 4 both times.
