I'm wondering if I have to get my rings resized. They seem to be just maybe half a size too tight. I wasn't wearing my rings much in the end of my pregnancy, and I'm trying to get back in the habit of wearing them all the time. They just seem to fit a little too tight.
So maybe it's an odd question, but did your fingers go back to their old size, or does that take time too?
Re: s/o PP bodies........finger swelling?

I had my babies 7 weeks ago, and my rings are not anywhere close to fitting - like probably 2 sizes too small. It doesn't seem like it's just swelling either, it seems like the bones in my knuckles actually spread out So, I will be getting my engagement ring resized, though the jeweler said a lot of women wait 4-6 months pp. Unfortunately, I have eternity wedding bands which can't be resized.
None of my shoes fit, and again I don't think it's just swelling, I think my feet are permanently bigger. I have the same problem with my flip flops too!
Before I had the babies, my rings were a bit too big, and now they fit well but it's hard to get them off. I'm not sure how it will be when it's warmer in the summer. I had to take my rings off last Memorial Day (the babies were born August 30) and didn't put them on again until November, so about 2.5 months post partum.
My feet are still a size bigger than they used to be. Boo hiss.
Still waiting - 9 months out. It might be time to get my rings resized. It has gone down a bit and I can wear either my E ring or my wedding ring, but not both.

Sigh.. I guess this answers my question about this too! I'm only (almost) 3 weeks PP and my rings still don't fit. I figured after 6 weeks out if they haven't gone back to normal I'd get them resized because I HATE not wearing my wedding rings. I've been keeping them on a necklace and wearing that but would really like to start wearing them on my finger again!
Like you, they are only about a half a size too small but just enough that I can't quite get them all the way on my finger. grrr
My fingers went back to the same size, but it took awhile. I almost got my rings resized around 4 months. But I'm glad I waited because I think it was around 5-6 months that they were back to normal and I could fit in my rings again.
