Yes, the dumbest question yet to hit the board.
I just started putting onesies over B's head because she hated it. I find I mostly put her in PJs all the time. Am I horrible? I have adorable clothes but they don't have "feet" in them all of the of the damn socks fall off. What's with all of my cute outfits needing socks?
What does your LO wear during the day or most of the time?
Re: What does LO wear?
I have a feeling that the "feet" are truly what dictate decisions!
I thought about doing this and then putting her in her Halo.
Those darn Halos are a pain for diaper changes. I feel like LO is propped way too high when I move it behind her! LOL

We've been in the 90's all week, so DS has been wearing onies all by themselves.
When we go out, I've been putting him in shorts or pants. I've found one style of socks that actually stay on because they have super tight elastic. It helps that I have shoes that stay on too (velcro is amazing).

I think those with sock success need to share brands. LO has GIANT feet and the socks still fall off!
Liam's just now wearing newborn clothes, so we have a bit more of a selection, but mostly rompers/sleepers/onesies and pants.
Before the newborn stuff fit him, one of my friends left a box of preemie clothes on our porch, and he was living in all of those clothes--sleep sacks and onesies. When he came home from the hospital, he was so teeny that newborn clothes were falling off of him, so I was super grateful for the box of used clothes.

ditto this, except he stays in a onesie at night and gets wrapped in the Miracle Blanket. And his feet are too long and skinny to keep any socks on
but one question. Where are you all getting your footed sleepers? All I can find are snap-up ones without feet and I rarely put him in those because by the time I get them snapped up after a diaper change, it's time to take it off and start all over.
Yep - me too.

Ditto most of this. He wears onesies or rompers (one-pieces with sleeves and pants but no feet) during the day, and footed jammies at night. It's a special occasion if he wears pants. We can't go anywhere really because he was a preemie and it's still RSV season, so no need for him to wear pants most of the time.
We got our footed pajamas from Carter's. Old Navy had some cute ones awhile ago, too, but they don't seem to have any right now. We have some from ON, but they're 0-3 month size.
I am trying to get her on a routine, so after her first morning nap (around 10/11ish) I get her dressed in a onesie and pants/shorts or in an cuter outfit depending on what we are doing for the day. When I start getting her ready for bed (around 9/10ish) I put her in footed pjs. No socks, its hasn't been too cold here to need socks, and they are a PITA.
Around the house, she's always in onesies or tshirts with socks and cotton mittens or PJs with feet and fold-over hands.
ETA: If she's wearing pjs, I always dig for the few that I have with zippers first. I hate snaps. Such a PITA!
THis totally! Why didn't someone give us this knowledge? I know it's common sense, but I never thought of it. LO was three days old and I ran to Target to buy out the Gerber pjs that zip!
