So, was there EVER a Boppy noggin nest recall?

When my H asked where to find this item in the store last week, he said the clerk told him that he was not sure since a recall was placed on them after which it was rejected.

Is this true? (Can't find it doing a search). If so when and why was it recalled?

    I don't think so.  I had one for my kid and used it, and I can't even imagine what they would recall about it.  I also find nothing on Google about a recall. 

    We bought it in January, and she already outgrew it though.

    The only way I could see there being an issue is if someone let their baby sleep in it unsupervised, but it says it's not for sleep on it. I bought ours recently off of amazon.
