Reducing Swelling

Just wondering if anyone knows any insider tips for reducing swelling!

My engagement ring is really starting to get tight. 

I am drinking a ton of water, exercising, swimming, and watching salts.

you mentioned everything i was going to say.  some women are just more prone to swelling than others.

I have had the same problem, my dr just said to do the things that you mentioned, and to put my feet up whenever I can. I hope this helps a little! GL to us both, swelling sucks!
