I love tiny prints too - but too pricey and couldn't find what I wanted. We're doing a bumblebee and daisy theme.
It was $15 for the artwork on Etsy and I could either print it as a photo somewhere or on cardstock and trim. I printed them at Staples on card stock and trimmed them at home. Easy!
I just did mine. Made them in keynote (PPT but for a Mac). I saved the slide as a JPEG and Printed them out at Ritz Camera. It cost me about $1 a card, no shipping, and they came out wonderful. THey were nice and big and they gave me envelopes too.

Someone recommended LilDuckDuck.com, but they looked a little pricey to me. I think I'm gonna try etsy.
