He was soo funny. Irv had put the slide, 4-wheeler and some gifts that fans had gotten him all outside (along with his play microphone and stand). The 4-wheeler has a sippy cup holder, so he even put his sippy of juice/water in there for him. Well, he was still sleeping when I got home, but woke shortly after. I went up to get him and he was ALL smiles. We put his shoes on, Irv when out the sliding back door and I went out the garage with him, because Irv wanted to catch the look on his face as he saw the stuff in the yard. Well, we rounded the garage and he saw everything and just took off with his waddle/run it was so cute, UNTIL he got to the 4-wheeler (I was fully expecting him to jump right on it), NOPE, he reached for his juice and just stood there and guzzled it for at least 10 minutes (at least that's what it seemed like). He finally got done with that and then started looking in the bags, not paying any attention to the 4-wheeler or slide. Finally, we had to make him aware that those two things were sitting there and he took off on the 4-wheeler and then climbed up and went down the slide a few times. He had a blast on that 4-wheeler, but because his attention span is so short right now, he was going from one thing to another. It was pretty funny actually. One really cute thing was that Irv and I sang him Happy Birthday on his microphone and he LOVED that. Then Irv asked him to say Happy Birthday in the microphone and he did. Not very clear, but he DID IT. AND I got it all on video!
I had also bought him these mini mini cupcakes so that we could put two candles in them. We did this after dinner and he was fascinated with the candles (dadda had to help him blow them out), but he did not like the cupcake (strange). All in all we had a really good night.

Thanks for asking.
