OK, just speaking for myself here...but...I had said if it wasn't resolved by Sunday I would do a dispute.  She is resolving today.  I'm not saying I'm OK with how we got here, but this is a 30 week pregnant mama...my issue is resolved, and I don't want to add more stress...lrachelle, I will say that I was genuinely WORRIED about you, and I feared the worst when we didn't hear from you, and I am glad your pregnancy still is going well.

I will email you my addy, and I'll try my best to not keep posting anything on this topic now that you are doing updates...

I think given the number of people involved and the issues with the July board and the AE, etc. the chances of the drama going away are slim.

I, too, am happy that all is well with mama & baby's health.

I'm not going to name names, but I've gotten pms from other people who have had "off" dealings with her before.  They just never said anything because we're all sunshine and puppy tails on this board.

I definitely agree it is OK to post the feedback/issue here as an FYI, but I just feel like it's going a little too viral...I will be the first to admit I was pissed at first, too....but I just worry about the stress factor...regardless of "blame".

I'm just saying what I'm personally doing.

You know by taking it to email you guys allow this stuff to happen again.  If she has fraud going on two different boards then maybe it going viral will allow people to remember her name the next time she destashes. 

I buy used diapers all the time on this board and I almost bought some from her but the prints were not gender neutral enough.  If she is a con artists I need to know this

again, she is getting it resolved...everyone knows what happened...if we still don't get the shipments, I'm sure we will let you know again...I just think it's getting a little too witch hunty for me at this point...I don't see why taking JUST the babylegs issue to email is a problem

Yeah, I am not even involved in this particular drama, but I do think it is useful to make these kinds of disputes public. I buy/sell occasionally through this board and since we don't have a feedback system, there's no way to tell if someone is shady unless you put it out in the open.

(and, assuming all she says is truth and it's merely over-extending herself...well, that's good to know too.  I have a stack o' diapers I need to sell but I haven't because i"m spread to thin right now to do it 'right'.  It's a reminder for me NOT to wonk this up and try to do it this weekend when I won't have time to ship next week...)

I have no business here, not even being KU, but I am someone who overextends.  I used to be much worse than I am now, but I still have the tendency.  So I know where you're coming from.  FWIW, I feel communication is key when you can't do what you said you would -- when people feel like they have to hunt you down, it's too late.

I hope this blows over.  This is a really nice board and everyone's points have been made.

This. When I decide to buy from mamas on this board, it is usually solely based on the fact that they post often and are well liked, since we don't have any formal information on b/s/t history.

So as sh!tty as it is for everyone, especially since I get the feeling a lot of mamas are feeling personally betrayed even if they weren't involved in the babylegs drama, crap like this needs to be public for the sake of all of us.

I can see both sides of this. I've tried really hard not to post on this topic since I wasn't involved and mostly because I'm just shocked at how this turned out lol. I can see how mamas want to know who's who and what's going on for further b/s/t purposes, but I also see astromom's point of view that the there isn't much more that will come out of it at this point. I've seen enough to make up my mind. I know mamas will keep us updated on what happens from here on out.
