High heel pump rave - PIP

Lots of heavy posts all around, so here's a light hearted one if you happen to be in the market for some (cheap) cute high heel pumps.  I really wanted a pair, but didn't want to spend much.  I can't remember the last time I've stepped foot into a Payless store, but I saw a TV interview with Christian Siriano and his Spring collection.  He showed some high end pieces, but also showed the shoes he's designed for Payless.

So I went online, bought a pair (with a 20% off coupon), had it shipped to the store so I wouldn't have to pay shipping, and paid ~$25 for these shoes.  Wore them yesterday and got a ton of compliments.

Thought I'd share if you're looking to treat yourself for Mother's Day to a pair of sassy heels :-)

Meh...not really.  But not horrible either.  I guess they're about as comfy as you can expect for 4" heels.  I wore them at a lunch yesterday for 2+ hours, took them off, and then wore them for another 2+ hours at a meeting last night.  Combo standing and sitting time, but had the shoes on the entire time.  I don't have any blisters and my feet felt fine so I guess they did the job as far as comfort level goes.

  • FYI - with a AAA membership you also get 10% off (I think it's instore only tho).
  • These are really cute!
