If someone could steal Patricia's raspberry cake recipe, I would be indebted forever. I have never tried to make on on my own, but that sounds fabulous right now.
I don't know if this will help or not, but I just used a Martha Stewart recipe that is a basic white/yellow cake that added chopped up strawberries in the batter. It was DELICIOUS! I bet you could use raspberries instead although it might not be as sweet. Here is the recipe I used:
Good timing. It's not raspberry cake itself and the frosting isn't cream cheese right now but it does have raspberry curd and frosting is easy enough to switch out. LIS.
I'd also agree with trying to take a Strawberry Cake recipe and subbing Raspberries instead. Here's one from Annie's Eats. She never fails to disappoint me.

Who's Patricia?
I'm guessing Patricia's Cakes in the Reading bridal district. If so, I totally concur. I LOVE that cake!

oh and I also used a cream cheese frosting with it, not the strawberry one listed on the recipe. It was awesome!
