Not for sure.  Had a late lunch from Willy's.  I had 2 tacos (chicken & steak) and they were super yummy.  Maybe I'll just have cereal.

I wish my husband was here...he makes the best fajitas!  He's out of town for work  Just going to be homemade spaghetti, salad, and french bread for me.

We have our first birthing class tonight so something quick and easy... maybe pizza.

The boss brought us all to Don Pablos for lunch to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Mmmm... Carnitas... I was one happy pregnant lady!

DH is out in the field tonight so I'm all alone. Totally don't feel like cooking, so I'm having leftovers from yesterday (slow cooked beef and veggies) with a big slice of juicy watermelon for dessert.

Oh Blah. I am so jealous of all your dinners. My step-cousin asked me to give her 3 and 1 year old their first haircuts, at 6:30 which obviously disrupts any kind of dinner plans I'd have. I'm sure I'll have to get something on my way home later tonight, BOO

Well, I had two pieces of Oreo cheesecake when I got home from work  - really shouldn't have done that. For actually dinner in a bit I'll probably just make a grilled cheese!

I don't know what I'm making yet, but it will be Mexican inspired. I'm so bummed, though, that I will not be having guacamole with my meal. Avocados are going for $2.50/piece and I could not bring myself to spend that much for one little, hard one. I'll make some homemade salsa instead, but the whole time I'm going to be thinking about guacamole. Sadness!

Mexican food sounds delicious, but DH is working later tonight, so I decided just to cook something simple. I'm doing chicken breasts in Italian dressing with Italian breadcrumbs.

Homemade salsa sounds awesome! I know avacados are expensive here too, I gave in a bought 1 the other day to go with my BLT's

I'm jealous of all of you having mexican for Cinco de Mayo! DH works til 9, but I'm hoping I can talk him into meeting for Mexican food after that, if I feel like getting back out! Otherwise, it's probably cereal for me.

Last night everything got changed due to H's job so tonight we're having pampered Chef's 3 cheese garden veggie pizza on Trader Joe's whole - wheat dough, kettle salt& vinegar chips (a craving of mine!) & grapes/strawberries.  yum!!
