13 weeks after having baby (maybe a little TMI but I am pretty concerned)

Might be TMI, sorry but I had some spotting a few days ago, having a lot of strong cramps, and today there was some brown tinged mucus. I am breast feeding/ pumping and feeding with a bottle when we are out and sometimes at night so my almost husband can feed her too, but it is always breast milk. And even when I dont nurse every 3-4 hours I pump. Is the spotting and mucus normal. Should I be worried about it?

(almost hubby and I have been active again, but we are using protection. However our baby girl was a surprise. I was using a different method of birth control then.)

What is your method of BC now? Just to be safe, maybe you should POAS.

we are using latex free condoms because POPs didnt work so well, when baby starts some foods and nurses less we are going to try a combined pill with little.

I have had bleeding, cramping and spotting on and off which is probably AF. I am also BFing. It is annoying, but probably just your body gearing up to have AF eventually. This happened to me for several months before AF came back after baby #2.

i had af at 8 weeks with dd and 9 weeks with ds. sounds like you are one of the unlucky ones. sit next to me with a heating pad. oh and it effects my supply every time so dont be surprised. sorry for the typing bf now.

I'm pumping and on the mini pill. I ended up with AF at 11/12 wks pp. It was a little brown/spotting at first. I figure it was almost a year since I had a period so it's going to take some time for my body to get back to normal.
