Do I have to toss this milk?

I pumped almost 6 hours ago (4:45 am my time) and I left the bottles sitting on a table in my room and completely forgot about them until like two minutes ago when I went in there to grab something. Do I have to toss it or is it still okay? I am so pissed at myself. There's over 16 oz.

Not at all...medela says you can keep it out at room temp for 8 hours.

Since I nursed almost two years ago, I just began to doubt myself and the medela site says 6 hours, but I SWEAR the little magnet I have on my fridge says 6-8. I will check it tonight and let you know. Either way, you are fine with around 6 hours! I traveled for work while bf'ing dd and would pump, get on a plane, travel with the milk, and then out it in the fridge for the next day. I promise there were days that I stretched the 6 hour mark.

I heard 10 hours somewhere... I'd say if it smells okay and wasn't super hot in the house, it's probably fine.
