NBR: I need tech support for my cell phone

I have Cincinnati Bell and a Blackberry. It broke, and is being replaced. My question is, is there a way to save all my contacts to my SIM card so they'll be on my new phone too?

Right now when I put my SIM card in a new phone, there are a bunch of phone numbers that don't transfer. I've looked online and searched the phone, but no dice. My next step is calling CB, but I just thought I'd check to see if anyone knows of a way to do it.

There is definitely a way to do it -- but I'm not familiar with Blackberries, so I don't know how to navigate it.  There is a command something to the effect of "synchronize" or under Contacts, you can select all and copy them to the SIM card.  Did you look on CB's website?

If you can't figure it out, they can do it in store for sure.  They did mine when I got my new phone last fall.

The website wasn't super helpful. I did check there, but I've been putting off going into the actual store. I need to, just lazy

Sometimes, they have little tutorials for specific phones.  I agree their website isn't super helpful, as a matter of fact, I would say it sorta sucks.

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm 99.9% sure that they are already saved on your SIM card. We have Cin bell here at work and I just ordered new phones for all of our drivers. When they came in I had them all stop by here and I just popped their SIM card out and put it in their new phone and they were good to go.
