What sides to make with Grilled Pork Tenderloin?

Part of our gift to my MIL this year is my husband and I making dinner. She loves pork tenderloin so i was going to make that but for some reason i can't think of what sides to do with it. Any ideas for me:) TIA!

mmm..baked apples and roasted potatoes with rosemary!  My fav!!

Roasted red potatos. 

3-5 lb bag of red potatos. Cleaned & quarted.

1 large onion cute into slices.

Olive oil

1 tbsGarlic powder

1 tbs italian seasonings

S&P 

Par boil potatos. drain

pour oil to coat potates

mix seasonings & sprinkle on potatos

mix in onions

layer a cookie sheet w/ tin foil & spray w/ cooking spray.

lay out potatos & bake in oven 350 till soft inside & crispy on the outside.  

 

Fresh string beans steamed.

There was a Real Simple recipe in the mag not long ago for a sweet potato hash with spinach - it was suggested as a pork side dish, and looked really yummy!
