I think I may attempt the chicken salad recipe you posted.  It sounds delish!  Any idea how many it will serve?  We'll have about 18 people and I'm wondering if I should just double it or triple it.

    Hi! Oh, good! It's definitely a keeper. I'd say it feeds 10-12, easily, so maybe double it? I'll check with my mom tomorrow to be sure and let you know. You could always triple it and send the leftovers to me. ;) I could seriously live on that chicken salad. Ha ha!
