Ellie had her 3-year well check today and the doctor's only concern was the amount of calcium she gets. Which is legitimate, because she rarely drinks milk and recently started refusing to eat yogurt. Usually, the only way she'll drink milk is if we put a little Hershey's syrup in it, and even then it's hit-or-miss.
She gave me some ideas, but one of things she suggested was to give her whatever yogurt she'll eat, even if it's got more sugar than we'd prefer. But I was thinking maybe I could freeze the Horizon yogurt tubes and serve them to her like a popsicle. The kid usually won't turn down a popsicle. Anyone tried this? Does it work? Or does anyone have any other brilliant suggestions for getting some dairy into a child that doesn't include loads of sugar?

OK, where do you find popsicle molds??!! I swear I looked everywhere last summer and I could never find them (although it was towards the end of summer so maybe most places had sold out by then.)

That's the one I have and I love it!
I had trouble last year too and I actually just bought some dirt cheap at Ikea a few weeks ago! So excited to try them out!

All 3 of the older kids love the gogurt tubes frozen. (I buy the natural ones that don't have a lot of extra crap in them, they do have sugar though, but no artifical sweeteners - mostly white box).
I can't remember where I got my popsicles tubes. My mom used to have tupperwear ones. I think I got mine from pampered chef or some fundraiser.
We either buy the Stoneybridge tubes at Meijer or the Trader Joe's version. She seems to like both kinds and does not matter if frozen or just refigerated.
Pretty sure I saw some on an end cap at Tar-jay the other day.
Yes, we freeze the yogurt tubes. Maggie loves them.
