scooching backwards?

is that a crawling sign?

now when mady is on tummy time (her new favorite position) she'll lift up her butt and start heading backwards. she'll scooch away for a couple of minutes before she starts getting tired.

yesterday she did that from one corner of our bed to the other without stopping

I'm pretty sure it's a sign of crawling. I can't tell you from experience but Riley is slowly starting to do that as well and everyone keeps telling me that she'll be crawling soon. I think Mady will be crawling before you know it-it sounds like she's very close!

probably, but Zoe has been doing the backwards scoot for a few weeks now and no signs of her moving forward or crawling just yet!
